New Building Warranty
New buildings carry a manufacturer's structural warranty. Repo buildings are sold as inspected — ask the lot what is still covered before you haul it off.
Siding & paint
Five-year coverage on factory siding and exterior paint finish. Hail, lawnmower rash, and neglect are not covered.
Metal roof
Twenty-year limited coverage on metal roof panels against manufacturing defects. Fasteners and sealant are wear items.
Keep your bill of sale. Warranty work is handled through the lot you bought from. Moving the building off a level pad or modifying the floor can void coverage.
