2 months rent down
Greenhouses, playhouses, and cantinas are rent-to-own. The monthly payment is figured the same way as every other building. These three require 2 months rent down to start. Chicken coops and canine condos are cash or Lendmark only.

- Do you run a credit check?
- No. Rent to own does not require a credit check. Pick a building and Apply For RTO. RTO National handles the application.
- Which buildings need money down?
- Greenhouses, playhouses, and cantinas need 2 months rent down. The 60-month payment is calculated the same way as the rest of the lot. Chicken coops and canine condos are cash or Lendmark only.
- What happens if I miss a payment?
- Call us before it gets behind. We would rather work with you than pick a building back up. Repos that do come back go on the repo lot.
- Can I pay it off early?
- Yes. Ask the lot for the payoff. Same as cash is also available — 18 Months Same as Cash Thru 10/17.
- Do I need to own the land?
- If you rent the property, we need the landowner's name and address on the application so we can deliver.
- Is delivery extra?
- Delivery and set-up are free within 50 miles of the lot you buy from. Farther than that, we quote mileage.
