Rent to Own FAQ

Do you run a credit check?: No. Rent to own does not require a credit check. Pick a building, fill out the application on this page, and we will follow up from the Natchez lot.
What happens if I miss a payment?: Call us before it gets behind. We would rather work with you than pick a building back up. Repos that do come back go on the repo lot.
Can I pay it off early?: Yes. Ask the lot for the payoff. Same as cash is also available — 18 Months Same as Cash Thru 10/17.
Do I need to own the land?: If you rent the property, we need the landowner's name and address on the application so we can deliver.
Is delivery extra?: Delivery and set-up are free within 50 miles of the lot you buy from. Farther than that, we quote mileage.
