The live site and lot promote 18 Months Same as Cash Thru 10/17. Per Steve approval, treat that end date as 10/17/2026. After that date, plan a refresh or remove this explainer’s urgency language.
What we do not publish here until Steve confirms: how payments work inside the 18 months, what “same as cash” includes or excludes, whether interest accrues if unpaid, conversion after the window, minimum down, or which buildings qualify. - Cash now — you have the full cash price and want the simplest path to ownership.
- Same as Cash thru 10/17/2026 — you can clear the cash price over the promo window and want that path instead of a longer RTO term. Confirm mechanics with Steve.
